Big news from us….

Well guys, we’ve done it…we’ve made one of the biggest decisions of our lives! We’re moving! Not just one suburb away – we’re packing up our lives and moving interstate.

This has been on the cards for us for sometime now – it’s been something we’ve wanted to do since before Ethan was born. Sydney is just too fast-paced for us and we’ve always loved Queensland.

Sooo….we’ve sold our house in Sydney and we’re moving to the Gold Coast! Sun, beaches and just a slower paced lifestyle. Ethan starts school next year, so we figured, if we didn’t make the decision now, we would never do it! We just don’t want to have any regrets. It’s now or never.

We feel that it really is meant to be, as we have both been lucky enough to take our jobs with us for now.

So, it’s all happening for us at the moment. We’re packing up the house (super stressful!!) and trying to lock in a house to move to. We’re going to rent for a year. We really want to make sure we love it as much as we think we will before we lock anything in.

I’m excited about spending more time with Ethan before he starts school next year. I can’t believe that Ethan has just turned four…I still remember the day he was born and the last four years have just flown by.

I’m not going to lie to you…it’s definately sad to be leaving our lives in Sydney and our family and friends but the adventure that lies ahead is just so exciting!

We’ll make the trip North over two days, stopping half way overnight and meet the removalist truck the next day and finally move into our new home.

So guys, sorry I’ve been a little AWOL with it being so incredibly busy of late. But I promise I’ll be back very soon with an update of how our move went as well as sharing with you our recent cruise!
